Introducing Kelly Caleb
My expertise is helping people (teens and adults) who have lived through a trauma to live a more fulfilling life in alignment with their abilities, values, and beliefs.
Kelly helps adolescents and adults to overcome anxiety and trauma by using mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She is an accomplished writer of story books on overcoming mental health and behavioral challenges with mindfulness. When she’s not working or writing, she loves to hang out with her family, practice Spanish, learn Korean, and she stays active learning Jiu-Jitsu.
